Download Instructions

1. Below the video on Vimeo you will see a “Download” button on the bottom right.

2. Download to your computer/hard drive.

3. From here you can text or email it to yourself.

4. Once the file is on your device you can upload to Instagram or Facebook or wherever you’re active on social media.
