In April 2018, Rivion Weddings was founded on the idea that if you “married” (pardon the pun) honest, reliable service with an eye-catching product, that people would want to do business with you. 2018 wasn’t without hiccups but looking back through our 2019 Demo Reel we’re very proud of what we were able to accomplish in a short amount of time. Recently these accomplishments were capped off with a Wedding Wire 2019 Couples’ Choice Award in recognition that we’re on the path towards executing our idea. We’re thankful to all the people who helped us to date and for those yet to come.

1.) We’re extremely serious about customer service. You can have the best product in the world but if it takes you forever to deliver and/or you’re rude to the customer, people won’t come back or recommend your services. We’re consumers too, we understand.

2.) The manner with which you execute your job reflects on your character and who you are as a person/company. We’ll never send you a “good enough” product because that’s not who we are. A Rivion Wedding Film will always be our best effort and if you’re not happy, we’ll do our very best to make it right.
